Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

1. What type of leather do you use?

We use only 100% Genuine Buffalo Leather. It is High Quality Leather and is not PU or fake leather. We inspect every order for imperfections, but if anything slips through the net, please contact us and we will make it right.

2. Has the leather been waterproofed or been treated in any way?

The leather has generally been only treated with natural oils. However, it hasn’t been treated with any kind of waterproofing treatment but should be compatible with any conditioner or oil product designed for use with real leather.

3. Can I treat the leather with anything?

You can use any type of natural leather conditioner or oil to keep the leather moisturized if you
wish but it depends on the look you want to achieve as it is likely to make it shinier and or darker
than in its original form. You can also use mink oil and vegetable oils to darken/soften the leather if desired instead. Always try conditioners and oils on a small area first.

4. Is the animal killed just for the leather?

The raw leather used to make our products comes to the tanneries from other industries as a byproduct so the whole animal is used and is not killed purely for the hide, and this is done ethically.

5. Where are your products made?

Majority of our products are made in UK and some of our designs of laptop sleeves and a few small products are made in india by the Indian artisans.

6. Can I get a bulk discount for more purchases?

Yes, we are open for bulk orders.

We are always open to opportunities to promote our products but first please contact us via our
website and send us the links to your Blog/YouTube channel/Instagram account. If you have a
relevant and good following on your social media then we might be able to send you a free sample.
